This adapter interfaces to the Yokogawa CSU22. There is no additional software needed. Connect the CSU22 to an available serial port on your computer (you will need a special adapter for this at the CSU22 end, I guess it comes with the confocal). Serial port settings are standard (9600 baud, 8 data bits, 1 stop bit, no parity, no handshaking, AnswerTimeout 6000 msec). You will need to defined the Hub device, and assign the right serial port to it.
